Telehealth Insurance Updates and Instructions

Telehealth services have been approved for all insurances, which allows you a virtual visit with one of our providers without having to be in the office. This service is being offered to our established patients.

Some insurance plans require video and others are only requiring telephone services. Please see the list below as to what your insurance will require. If your insurance is not listed, please call us so we can check your plan for specific instructions.

Anthem BCBS


Requires Telephone:
BCBS of Alabama
Alabama Medicaid
Georgia Medicaid
Viva Medicare and Commercial

You will be asked to provide a valid email address upon scheduling one of these appointments. When your provider is ready to connect with you for your telehealth visit, you will receive a link via email or text message.The easiest way to connect to this service is to click on the provided link from your cell phone. This allows your phone to act as both a video camera and a microphone, and this will allow our service provider the opportunity to discuss your visit with you via video chat.

You can also check in for your video visit by visiting (Your computer must have video and microphone capabilities.) Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone. Type in your name and click check in. You will then be placed in the virtual waiting room. Once your provider is ready to connect, the visit will begin.
